Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains what Tattnall County Busted Mugshots receives when someone browses, uses a search box, or sends a message, along with how that information may be used or shared. Using the service means accepting these practices, as well as the separate privacy rules of any provider reached through a search tool or official-record link.

Information You Submit

Queries Sent to a Search Partner

A name or location entered into a search tool is passed to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Tattnall County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider may keep and use the request under its own notice, terms, and retention choices.

Messages to Contact Us

Email and other messages sent through Contact Us are retained long enough to read, respond, and keep a basic record of the exchange. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, a valid legal process, or a need to protect rights and safety.

Technical Data and Cookies

When a browser loads a page, ordinary server, analytics, or hosting systems may receive technical details such as:

  • the device's IP address;
  • browser name and version;
  • device category and operating system;
  • pages viewed and the time spent on each;
  • the referring website, when one is supplied; and
  • timestamps for visits and requests.

How Cookies Work

Cookies and similar tools may help measure page use, remember a basic setting, or support advertising and analytics. A browser can block or delete cookies through its controls. Some features may work differently when those files are disabled.

Uses for Collected Data

Information is used in limited operational ways connected to the service, including to:

  • keep the pages available, stable, and reasonably fast;
  • send a search request to the partner selected for that tool;
  • understand which pages visitors use and improve their organization;
  • spot errors, abuse, outages, and other technical problems; and
  • serve advertising that may be shaped by general interests or prior activity.

Outside Links and Advertising

Pages may link to the Tattnall County Sheriff's Office and Tattnall County Jail's vendor-hosted Current Inmates roster, last-24-hours view, and arrest-date view, as well as Georgia courts, the Georgia Department of Corrections, BOP, ICE, and other public resources. Once a visitor leaves for one of those destinations, that operator's privacy policy controls its collection and use of data.

Advertising partners may also use their own cookies or similar tools to measure activity across different websites and select targeted advertising. Those systems are run by the partners, not controlled by Tattnall County Busted Mugshots.

Who May Receive Information

Personal information is not sold by Tattnall County Busted Mugshots. It may nevertheless be processed or received by the following groups when their role requires it:

  • search partners that receive a query submitted through their tool;
  • analytics providers that measure traffic and page performance;
  • advertising networks and related service providers; and
  • law-enforcement or other government bodies when a valid legal order or other lawful demand requires disclosure.

Security Has Limits

Reasonable, standard safeguards are used for information handled by the service. No internet-connected system is completely secure, however. Tattnall County Busted Mugshots cannot promise that data will never be intercepted, misused, lost, or exposed through an event outside its control.

Visitors Under 18

This service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent personal data, a parent or guardian may use Contact Us to request that it be removed from the service's own records.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

A person may ask what personal information the service holds and may request a response about the following choices. Requests should identify the relevant message or information without sending more sensitive material than needed.

  • receive a copy of personal data held by the service;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask that personal information be deleted, subject to lawful retention needs; and
  • opt out of certain processing, such as nonessential cookies or interest-based advertising where the available controls allow it.

These choices may not reach a search partner, analytics provider, ad network, or government source. A request about data held by one of those parties must be directed to that party under its own policy.

When This Notice Changes

Privacy practices can change as the service, its partners, or applicable requirements change. A revised notice will be posted here with a new effective date or other clear update marker. Continued use after the change means the revised notice applies to future activity.
